Tom Howe
Senior Partner

Tom began his marketing career in the very early 90’s as a graphic designer before finally coming to the realisation that computers don’t talk back… and so made the transition over to account management and business development. After over 13 years experience within the agency sector, holding various senior management roles for some of the UK's top 10 marcom agencies, Tom finally took the next step and joined a well established recruitment consultancy, where he rapidly became the Head of the Marketing and Assignments division.

With his combined industry knowledge and successes he soon came to the conclusion that with the right team he could create a recruitment consultancy that truly understood the marketing arena and therefore offer a far better and personal level of service.

Kathryn Rourke
Senior Partner

As a snapshot Kathryn has worked for some very well known businesses over the years such as Acxiom, Consodata, Experian and more recently held the position of Client Services Director for CCB (Coad, Cole & Burey) and therefore has built an enviable knowledge of the data driven marketing arena. Due to her overall experience and industry knowledge she is very well respected by her former colleagues and has built up a fantastic network of strategic and data driven marketers as well as had the responsibility of building up numerous teams and support networks.

Joshua Ford
Talent Manager

Joshua is considered as a bit of a hybrid, beginning his marketing career working agency side within Account Management before he eventually made the move over to recruitment. His combined agency experience covers a broad spectrum of integrated B2B, B2C and Sales & Promotions exposure, working on various global brands such as Kellogs, Coca-Cola and Anchor to name but a few. After completing a recent stint in the US working as a specialist head hunter, Josh has returned to the UK to join Identica and head up and grow our team of Talent Scouts.

Sarah King
Talent Manager

Sarah's background is a balanced blend of client side recruitment and integrated marketing agency experience topped with a love for the Arts. While working agency side within a TTL integrated marketing capacity, Sarah worked on a number of blue chip accounts such as Sugar Puffs, Ginsters and McVitie's to name but a few. After building a strong foundation in the marketing arena Sarah then made the bold move back into recruitment but this time coming from an agency point of view.

With her positive out look on life, experience and connections within marketing, Sarah has proved yet again to be another seriously valued member of the team. With her dedication to assisting and finding key candidates she has turned herself into a walking rolodex of contacts that has proved to be invaluable as we continue to work with some of the biggest names in the marketing arena.
