That’s because in this industry we’ve all been told that running a successful recruitment consultancy is really in the numbers: you’ve got to have a lot of clients on board, because you never know when an account might disappear.

But if you have many clients, how do you give them undivided attention? And if you have a lot of high-quality candidates, is it really a good idea to spread them over a wide base of clients?
